Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
