Eligible Returns

• Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Clothing and bandanas are eligible for return if they are unused, undamaged, and show no signs of wear(including stains, odors, or pet hair).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Treats

• Slow feeders

Return Process

1. Contact us at tanimubodega@gmail.com to request a return.

2. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Once approved, ship your item(s) back in their original condition and packaging.

4. Customers are responsible for a 5% restocking fee

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return is received.
